版主:最近非常高興認識目前在喬治城大學歷史系攻讀博士的沈宇斌,他是「近代中國的疾病、醫療與社會變遷小組」的負責人,也非常熱心的將各種醫療史的資訊PO到網上,我已將之加入連結,也請大家多給他鼓勵。宇斌兄於南京大學歷史系獲得學士(2005)和碩士(2009)學位,指導老師是 胡成 教授,他目前攻讀的方向為近代中國的醫療和身體史,導師是大名鼎鼎的Carol Benedict教授。同時也主/副修邊疆史,環境史和全球史(導師是James Millward, Micah Muscolino John McNeill)。他目前的博士論文,計畫討論近代中國「早戀」問題的形成。另外也對兩個研究議題感到興趣:一個是近代中國的殖民醫學史,特別是熱帶醫學在中國的發展;另一個是近代滿洲的環境史和帝國主義。(目前正在進行的是全球毛皮貿易、鼠疫和邊疆環境開發對滿洲旱獺消亡的影響;近代內蒙甘草貿易與環境變遷;俄裔滿洲自然學家Loukashkin個案研究),都非常有意思,也希望他持續給我們提供新訊息,互相交流。
